regarding the request from the Chinese Red Cross for a

specifie against maggots, I en directed by Viscount Halifax

to infern you that he has now received a telegram from Kis

Majesty's Ambassador in Shanghai stating that the Governor

of Hong Kong suggests that the supply of and Flavine should

be consigned to the nong Kong Medical Supplies Control

Committee, who will pass it to the agent of the Chinese

Red Cross for delivery to Changsha.
